In a dynamic and fast moving
marketplace, real estate agents are required to cover large geographic areas,
stay current with emerging technologies, follow market trends and remain
up-to-date with changing legislation. It is impossible to be in two
places at one time and properly cover all facets of our business activity
and as such, the partnership of two highly experienced agents greatly benefits
our clients. While many agents have opted to hire unlicensed or inexperienced
assistants promoting a team concept, we operate a full partnership, with
the result that you will never be left in the hands of a junior. You
will deal directly with one or both of us in all aspects of the buying or
selling process.
We have worked together

agents working on their behalf. There is no additional cost for this
value-added service. Why settle for an independent agent, even one

Since our success
is derived from the communities we service, we feel the need to give something
back. Both of us are involved in a variety of charities and worthwhile
events throughout the year, but our main focus is on the Peel Children's
Centre, which provides a range of high quality mental health services to
children, youth and their families. Apart from sitting on the board
of directors (Wendy) and assisting in fund-raising events for the centre,
a percentage from every sale we make is donated to the Centre.
A Note from Karen
I began my real estate career in the late 1970's and over the years I have
gained invaluable experience from several facets of the business. In addition
to the many successful years in residential sales, I have worked at senior
levels of the office
leasing, industrial and investment areas of real estate, where I focused
on the marketing of many of Toronto's major commercial developments. In
the early 1990's I returned to my residential real estate roots with a whole
new set of marketing and negotiating skills.
I truly enjoy every
day of this business and meeting the varied needs of my clients is the challenge
that keeps me motivated. Whether we are looking for the perfect home
to raise a family, the ideal retirement condominium or an exceptional investment
property, finding and successfully negotiating the perfect purchase or sale
is the ultimate gratification this business provides.
A Note from Wendy
I bring to the real
estate industry strong marketing, negotiating and computer technology skills
learned during a highly successful career as a member of the senior management
team of a large Canadian corporation. This experience together with
a commitment to service excellence has proven to be invaluable to all my
clients and has greatly contributed to my many achievements in this business.
Like Karen, I love
